• INFORMATION REGARDING STUDENT PARKING: Please pay attention to ParentSquare messages: Whenever we have a delayed opening, there is NO student parking. If you choose to park in this situation, parking is forfeited for 2 weeks.
• KPHS FALL DRAMA: Come see the murder mystery comedy, Clue: On Stage, Thursday, December 12, at 4:00 p.m., and Friday, December 13, & Saturday, December 14, at 7:00 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the door, and are $12 for adults, $10 for students, and the December 12 show is free for senior citizens.
• HOLIDAY DOOR DECORATING CONTEST! The National Art Honor Society’s HOLIDAY DOOR DECORATING Contest is underway!! This year’s theme is CELEBRITY SNOWMEN! Seminars participating will receive a kit to help them create their own festive door. If you would like to participate, contact Mrs. Blaurock in Room 33 or any NAHS member. Judging will take place on Wednesday, December 18, after school. The Winning Doors seminar will be awarded with a Holiday Breakfast on Friday, December 20. Thank you for supporting the NAHS and good luck to all participants.
• YEARBOOK SALES ARE LIVE! You can now purchase a yearbook at a discounted price of $120. It will go up after the new year so place your orders now to save money! Please go to yearbookforever.com to make your purchases. You will be prompted to type in our school name, “Kings Park High School.”
• HOT COCOA AND HOLIDAY TREATS! The Sophomore Class will be selling hot cocoa and holiday treats today, Tuesday, December 10, during seminar. The cocoa cart will be coming around classroom to classroom. Cash or Venmo accepted!
• CROCHET CLUB: The Crochet Club will meet Thursday, December 12, in Room 32 after school. All are welcome!
• PEER SUPPORT HOLIDAY HELPER MEETING: Peer Support will be having our Holiday Helper meeting on Friday, December 13, right after school in the cafeteria. Come on down to make gingerbread houses and make new friends. Please see a member of Peer Support, Mr. Brady, or Ms. Keicher if you have any questions.
• KPHS THRIFT SHOP! Are you passionate about the environment? Are you passionate about sustainable fashion? Or maybe you are looking for a way to make a difference? Kings Park High School will be opening up its very own thrift shop! There will be an interest meeting in Room 207 on Wednesday, December 18, during the second half of seminar.
