Work-Based Learning Opportunities

Kings Park High School offers a variety of Work-Based Learning (WBL) opportunities that connect students with real-world experiences to prepare them for future careers. WBL activities bring together employers and the school to create meaningful learning experiences that help students develop broad, transferable skills for both postsecondary education and the workforce. By participating in WBL events and activities, students can apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations, making their education more relevant and impactful. These opportunities not only provide hands-on experience but also allow students to build professional networks and contribute to the success of our community.

The high school will regularly post WBL events and part-time job opportunities available to students. Click on the links to the right to explore these opportunities and take the first step toward your future career.

If you need working papers, please contact Mrs. Dejuri in the Guidance Office at dejurik@kpcsd.org or call 631-269-3349.
