  • ATTENTION ALL SENIORS – SCHOLARSHIP PACKETS: THE SCHOLARSHIP PACKET AND APPLICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE ON THE KINGS PARK HIGH SCHOOL WEBSITE FOR DOWNLOADING.  Be sure to download the INSTRUCTIONS, LIST OF APPLICATIONS & SCHOLARSHIP PACKET FIRST to view each of the scholarships’ criteria. Then download the individual application forms that interest you.  APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BACK TO THE MAIN OFFICE NO LATER THAN THE DUE DATES LISTED ON THE SCHOLARSHIP PACKET!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
  • YEARBOOK SALES: The price of the yearbook is now $140. Visit yearbookforever.com and type in, “Kings Park.” Then follow the prompts to complete your purchase.                 
  • ATTENTION SITE-BASED MANAGEMENT TEAM MEMBERS: Just as a reminder – if you are scheduled to be going to the Heritage Museum this morning, Tuesday, March 11, please meet Mr. Phillips in the lobby now.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
  • LAST SAT MATH PREP SESSION: The last SAT Math Prep session is today, Tuesday, March 11, in Room 129. Please come prepared with the packet from the last session, your chromebook, and your calculator. Please see Mrs. Velez if you have any questions.
  • CELEBRATE PI DAY WITH PIE-A-TEACHER! Celebrate Pi Day today, Tuesday, March 11, with the Math Honor Society for the Pie-a-Teacher event.  All participants: Come to the cafeteria for first half of seminar.
  • CROCHET CLUB: The Crochet Club will meet Thursday, March 13, after school in Room 32.  All are welcome.
  • ATTENTION HOPE SQUAD MEMBERS: Our next meeting will be on Thursday, March 13, in Room 101. Please come directly to the meeting after you check in at base seminar.
  • BAKE SALE! Morgan’s Message Club will be hosting a bake sale on Monday, March 17 (St. Patrick’s Day) and Wednesday, March 19. Please bring a few dollars to support!                
  • DOG TOY DRIVE: Please consider contributing to the Guide Dog Foundation and America’s Vet Dogs by donating to the Dog Toy Drive! This fundraiser is sponsored by our KPHS Postgraduates. The event is happening now through Monday, March 24.  Just scan the QR code on the flyers around the halls for a wish list of items needed. Drop all donations in the box in the KPHS lobby. We need your help so spread the word!                                                                                                                                                                                   
  • LOOKING FOR GENTLY USED PROM ATTIRE: Attention students, collection boxes are now in the lobby for any prom dresses, suits, or accessories.  The last day to drop off such items is Friday, April 5.  Thank you to the Fashion Club for helping to collect for the Suffolk County Police Academy.
