- INFORMATION REGARDING STUDENT PARKING: Please pay attention to ParentSquare messages: Whenever we have a delayed opening, there is NO student parking. If you choose to park in this situation, parking is forfeited for 2 weeks.
- STUDENT COUNCIL OFFICER APPLICATIONS: Are you a born leader? If so, Kings Park Student Council is looking for students with strong leadership skills who are willing to dedicate their time to serving the student body as well as the community. If you are interested in running for a Student Council officer position for the 2025-26 school year, please pick up an application from Mr. Bishop in Room 210 prior to the May 19 deadline. The deadline to hand in your application is Monday, May 19, at 2:00 p.m. No applications will be accepted after the deadline date. Please see Mr. Bishop for details. This is open to all students in grades 9-11.
- YEARBOOK SALES: The price of the yearbook is now $140. Visit yearbookforever.com and type in, “Kings Park.” Then follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
- MORGAN’S MESSAGE GAME: Varsity Baseball will have their Morgan’s Message Game at home today, Thursday, April 24, at 4:00 p.m. Come out and support!
- BINGO AT LEADERSHIP: Looking to spring into the season! Come join us today, Thursday, April 24, in Room 101 for Leadership. We will be playing some Bingo! Great prizes for all! Bring a snack to share with your table. All are welcome. See you there! We will be there from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- COURTYARD YOGA: Today, Thursday, April 24, Peer Support will be hosting Courtyard Yoga. Come down to the courtyard right after school for a relaxing yoga session with a certified yoga instructor. Please bring a yoga mat or towel with you. All students, teachers, and staff are welcome to attend. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Brady or Ms. Keicher.
- VISIT FROM SUFFOLK DISTRICT ATTORNEY RAY TIERNEY: Tomorrow, Friday, April 25, Suffolk District Attorney Ray Tierney will be here to meet with our Forensics, Criminal Justice, Sociology and AP Psychology classes during seminar. In order to attend, you must have your pass that was given to you by your teacher. If you are not enrolled in one of these classes and still have an interest to attend, then stop by the Attendance Office for a pass.
- WANT TO HEAD TO THE TROPICS? Then make it a point to go to the Heritage Museum at RJO and see a great Hawaiian/Polynesian show. The fun starts tomorrow, Friday, April 25, at 7:00 p.m.
