- INFORMATION REGARDING STUDENT PARKING: Please pay attention to ParentSquare messages: Whenever we have a delayed opening, there is NO student parking. If you choose to park in this situation, parking is forfeited for 2 weeks.
- ATTENTION STAFF AND STUDENTS - 5K WALK AND RUN – NOVEMBER 15: Our 5K walk/run will be at Kings Park High School on Saturday, November 15. Sign-in will be at 7:45 a.m. The Opening Ceremony will be at 8:30 a.m. and then the 5K begins. Please come out to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention with the Hope Squad.
- LOOKING FOR GENTLY USED BOOKS: The National English Honor Society is collecting gently used books from students, faculty, and staff through Monday, December 1. Students can receive 1 community service credit. Books can be dropped off in the main office for staff and Mrs. D’Aleo’s Room 110 for student credit.
- FALL DOOR DECORATING CONTEST – DATE CHANGE: The National ART Honor Society has extended the Door Decorating Contest! We will now be judging tomorrow, Friday, November 7! The winning seminar’s breakfast will be given the week of November 10! Good luck everyone!
- YEARBOOK SALES: Although the year has just started, now is the best time to purchase a yearbook. The price is currently set to $120 and will go up after the new year. Order one now to save some money! Go to the yearbookforever website and follow the prompts. Please contact Mr. Soltysik with any questions (soltysiks@kpcsd.org).
- ATTENTION HOPE SQUAD MEMBERS: Our next scheduled meeting is today, Thursday, November 6, in Room 101 during the first half of seminar. Please bring your pass with you and arrive on time.
- SADD MEETING: SADD will have their next meeting today, Thursday, November 6, at 2:00 p.m. in the cafeteria.
- BINGO: Come fall in line and join us today, Thursday, November 6, in Room 101 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. All are welcome!
- ATTENTION NO PLACE FOR HATE MEMBERS: Our trip to the Unity Conference is tomorrow, Friday, November 7, at Suffolk Community College. Please meet us in the lobby at 9:00 a.m. sharp. Also, make sure to pack lunch for the trip. Our next No Place for Hate meeting will be on Thursday, November 13, in Room 101 during first half of seminar.
- CROCHET CLUB: There will be a Crochet Club meeting on Monday, November 10, after school in Room 32. If you want to learn how to crochet or already know how – you are all welcome!
- MOCK TRIAL: There will be an important Mock Trial meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, in Room 215. We will be working through an important issue and how it applies to the Mock Trial process.
- GIRLS LACROSSE: For anyone interested in playing Girls Lacrosse, there will be a meeting on Monday, November 10, at 2:15 p.m. in Room 101.
- SELF-CARE GROUP: Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious? Join the self-care group with Mrs. Doelger! Group leaders will meet on Monday, November 10, in Room 101 during first half of seminar. All are welcome for the meeting on Wednesday, November 19 also in Room 101 during first half of seminar. Hope you can join!
- FASHION CLUB: The Fashion Club will meet Thursday, November 13, after school in Room 32. All are welcome!
