- INFORMATION REGARDING STUDENT PARKING: Please pay attention to ParentSquare messages: Whenever we have a delayed opening, there is NO student parking. If you choose to park in this situation, parking is forfeited for 2 weeks.
- STUFF-A-BUS: Tomorrow, Saturday, November 22, the Kings Park High School Varsity Club will be conducting their annual Stuff-A-Bus food drive at Key Food in Kings Park, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please consider supporting this effort. All donations will go to local families in need.
- NATIVE AMERICAN HERITAGE MONTH: In honor of Native American Heritage Month, the Kings Park Culture Club will be sharing a Native American proverb each seminar day for the remainder of the month. Today’s proverb: “Teach us love, compassion, and honor that we may heal the Earth and heal each other.”
- LOOKING FOR GENTLY USED BOOKS: The National English Honor Society is collecting gently used books from students, faculty, and staff through Monday, December 1. Students can receive 1 community service credit. Books can be dropped off in the main office for staff and Mrs. D’Aleo’s Room 110 for student credit.
- YEARBOOK SALES: Although the year has just started, now is the best time to purchase a yearbook. The price is currently set to $120 and will go up after the new year. - ASIAN CULTURAL NIGHT AT HERITAGE MUSEUM: Tonight, Friday, November 21, the Heritage Museum will be hosting an Asian Cultural Night. Come out to the Heritage Museum to witness various dance routines and be amazed!
- NATIONAL HISTORY AND CIVICS HONOR SOCIETY: National History and Civics Honor Society will be holding their next meeting on Monday, November 24, at 2:00 p.m. in the cafeteria.
- ATTENTION SITE-BASED MEMBERS: Our next meeting will be on Monday, November 24, in Room 101 at 2:00 p.m. Please plan on attending if you are a member.
- ATTENTION HOPE SQUAD AND NO PLACE FOR HATE MEMBERS: Please check your Google Classroom about an upcoming meet and greet event with the Gabby Petito Foundation. Hope Squad members will meet in Room 101 during seminar on Friday, December12. No Place for Hate members will meet on Wednesday, December 10, during seminar. Both events will be held in Room 101. Please make sure to plan this important event on your calendar.
